This class can be done by anyone able to get down to the floor with no prior yoga experience. We will start with some simple breath work, the next 15 minutes will focus on exercises that bring energy to the pelvic region and aid with pelvic floor health. The last 20 minutes will be spent in a guided relaxation with the intention of creating self-love for your body.
