Alliance for Fertility

The Alliance for Fertility Preservation is a 501c3 charitable organization. The Alliance is made up of a team of professionals who have come together to advance the field of fertility preservation. Our members are recognized leaders with expertise in all aspects of fertility preservation including, oncology, reproductive endocrinology, urology, psychology, oncology nursing, and reproductive law.

Our focus is fertility preservation for cancer patients. We understand how overwhelming a diagnosis of cancer can be. So many aspects of an individual’s life are altered the moment they hear those words, “You have cancer.” And while many organizations address various facets of cancer and cancer treatment, we have chosen to help alleviate one of the most distressing, life-altering consequences of cancer treatment – infertility.

Americal Medical Women’s Association membership is comprised of physicians, residents, medical students, pre-medical students, health care professionals, and supporters. AMWA is the oldest multispecialty organization dedicated to advancing women in medicine and improving women’s health. Our mission is to advance women in medicine, advocate for equity, and ensure excellence in health care.

The ART of Infertility’s mission is to break the silence around the experiences of infertility, offering art and storytelling as therapeutic heuristics to capture and express the realities, pains, and joys of infertility. This project recognizes the diverse voices and perspectives that represent infertility — ranging from those in a heterosexual relationship who receive an infertility diagnosis upon trying to conceive, those who identify as single-mothers-by-choice and undergoing fertility treatment to become pregnant, and those who identify as LGBTQ and encounter many of the same infertility decisions. In this way, the project attempts to speak back to dominant perceptions and assumptions of who is infertile. Our goal in doing so is to broaden the public’s understandings of infertility, making the claim that infertility impacts far more than just the older heterosexual couple attempting to conceive.

ASRM Logo

The Society accomplishes its mission through the pursuit of excellence in evidence-based, life-long education and learning, through the advancement and support of innovative research, through the development and dissemination of the highest ethical and quality standards in patient care, and through advocacy on behalf of physicians and affiliated healthcare providers and their patients.

The Endometriosis Foundation of America strives to increase disease recognition, provide advocacy, facilitate expert surgical training, and fund landmark endometriosis research. Engaged in a robust campaign to inform both the medical community and the public, the EndoFound places particular emphasis on the critical importance of early diagnosis and effective intervention while simultaneously providing education to the next generation of medical professionals and their patients.

Bundle of Joy

The Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund is dedicated to advocating for infertility education and awareness and removing financial barriers by granting monetary awards to couples who require fertility treatments to have their own bundle of joy.

The White Dress Project

The mission of The White Dress Project (TWDP) is to raise global awareness about the uterine fibroid (UF) epidemic through education, research, community, and advocacy. We are dedicated to this mission, by advocating for research funding, highlighting reproductive health inequities, educating many on fibroids and their treatment options, and empowering a community who will advocate for their best health choices and no longer suffer in silence with this chronic illness.

As a non-profit organization, primarily made up of women with impactful fibroid journeys, we are uniquely positioned to educate, empower, and support those who are managing life with fibroids. Our work is actualized through our vibrant community, scientific and clinical research, and our advisory council of health practitioners, who are leaders within the field. Our community is our north star and guiding force as we work to create an environment where their health concerns are believed, all their options are accessible, and where community, research, advocacy, and science intersect.

Most women with fibroids do not like to wear white because of the heavy bleeding related to the condition. The “white dress” is not a fashion statement but a movement. It is an emblem of hope and strength for women who are suffering from fibroids and a reminder that we will find a cure.

The Tinina Q Cade Foundation (Cade Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non profit organization that was started in 2005 to provide information support and financial assistance to help needy infertile families OVERCOME infertility. The foundation was named after founders’ (Drs Jason and Camille Hammond) mother, Dr Tinina Cade. Dr Cade carried and delivered the couples triplets following 5 years of infertility for the Hammonds. She delivered her grand-triplets at 55 years old, making her the oldest woman to deliver triplets at that point. The Hammonds started the Cade Foundation to provide a vehicle through which families who had already “overcome” infertility could support families who were still on the infertility journey. Cade Foundation provides education focused programs to share info about different pathways to parenthood throughout the nation. We also provide grants to help families with the costs of adoption and fertility treatment. To date, the Cade Foundation has hosted hundreds of outreach staffs throughout the US and provided 121 families with financial support for adoption and fertility treatment nationwide.
